How do I check tasks list?

Hi all.

Lately I have been having a few problems with my PC and as a result my PDA has also suffered via the Syncing.

I have noticed that whenever a scheduled task or event pops up on the PDA as a reminder that the job, or whatever was due, that same task/event, whatever, appears twice.

How do I access the list of all scheduled tasks/events that are filed under, birth-dates, private, business etc. so that I can dump the duplicates so that only one reminder appears and not two?

I will check out the first URL when I get a bit of time. The second URL at a quick squiz appears to be only for 2003 OS, mine is an iPAC 3875 which runs a 2002 Premium OS.
