Hi, I'd like to know if there is a cellular provider in Canada that uses circuit switch connections (CSD)... in particular, Alberta.
The reason for this being, is that I'd like to use my 4150 along with a bluetooth cell to dial-up to an ISP and NOT use GPRS (which is too costly and too slow).
I know that with rogers, you cannot simply connect to your bluetooth mobile phone and dial-up to an ISP. But you must use GPRS. From my understanding, most networks here in Canada use packet switch connections.
I already have a decent cellphone, but it isn't bluetooth enabled. The next phone I get, it'll definitely be bluetooth... but I want the latest and greatests when I upgrade. But if I can't use the bluetooth feature along with my iPaq to dial-up to the net, then it's not worth it yet for me to buy a new phone.
Any help or suggestions will be help, thanks.
