E570 and scratched screens

I have recently had to return a Toshiba E570 because within days the screen was covered in scatches! The reseller (dabs.com) have proven to be complete **sholes, refusing to refund, insisting their engineers "believe" i caused the damage by grit caught under the stylus. After many emails (this started in late june this year)I have got nowhere and to add insult to injury i now don't have the e570 (dabs.com claim to have returned it to me) or my money. Anyone out there with similar problems who could help me with an email statement please email or reply on this forum now. Thank you

ps replaced with e740... no problems with scratches, probably due to a much superior supplied stylus!
