I have just purchased the HP iPAQ 4150. I am setting up the owner information. My problem is putting in my email address. Its 41 characters long, is there any way I can change the settings so I can include this.

For example - I recently tried AT&T while searching for a broadband provider - the "published" email they gave us, was USERID@WORLDNET.ATT.NET - however, my wife called them to ask if we could get a "smaller" address - they told her that simply typing USERID@ATT.NET is the same thing - cuts down by 8 characters (yes - I found the two version posted on their website later) So - would your ISP allow you to use a smaller version? The limit I counted on my pocket pc is 36 characters - just to make sure we're talking the same thing. Hope this helps. beantown53 04-20-2004, 08:55 AM Your ISP may allow you to set up an alias for your userid. For example, my ISP allows me to alias my userid (beantown53@domainn) to btown@domain.
