If I have a Treo 600 with AT&T, and I wanted to look at my schedule which is located on our companys LAN, I would need a HTML browser, right?

Would I also need some kind of data plan? They offer an "unlimited MB plan" for $44.99 (price is of no concern however) which I could get and then could I buy some kind of browser that would let me access this site on the LAN? what else what I need?

I know with my laptop I havve to "VPN" into the site from home, but I want to be able to get it from my Treo instead! Would I need some kind of VPN on my Treo?

What are good browsers? Does the Treo Already have one on it I can use?

The T|C comes with a VPN. I had to purchase another one, because the VPN that came with the T did not have the right level of security that our techies require for outside access to the network. Our setting goes as far as requiring a random number generated by a security token that I have to carry around when on the road. The number changes every minute, so I call it the "egg timer".

Find out from your IT what do they require. Then, see if what you have works or whether you'll need a different VPN.

Web, I am happy with WebPro. SnapperMail does well for me too.
