Email in subfolders

I am trying out Sprint's Business Connection service that lets me handle email on my office POP3 server. It works great; however, I have many subfolders set up for repeat senders such as my kids.

I have tried out SnapperMail and it works fine if my office Outlook is closed so that incoming mail that would have been rerouted to a subfolder is still on the server. This way, SnapperMail can get the message that is left on my server until I open Outlook at the office and download them.

Surely, there is some app that lets me view subfolders in an open Outlook program on a POP3 server.

Can anyone help with this.
