FileZ--creating new directory

Trying to get Castaway to work--need to create a new directory using FileZ--when I attempt to create it I get the message "an error has prevented the directory from being created". I know this is something simple, but I am having a brain fart on why I cannot do this ! Please help ! thanks

You're trying to create this on a SD card, right? Make sure the write-protect switch isn't set to "lock."
