I just bought the Enfora Wifi cradle for my iQue plus fully registered version of Web Pro 3. However, I have two problems

1. Web Pro repeatedly gives me the error message - "You are not authorized to run this application", both at start up and whenever clicking a link. Takes maybe 10 secs for this to go way and then it works - but boy does that make browsing painful.
ANY IDEA HOW TO GET ROUND THAT / IS IT AN IQUE INCOMPATIBILITY ?

2. When using either Web Pro or the Eudora browser, I regularly find that Enfora looses connection to the network and when it re-ries to connect it fails with a time out error message. The only way to get it to reconnect it to go back into the Enfora Manager and re-connect manually. ANY IDEAS ON THIS ONE ?

thanks
Leo

Forget about Webpro 3. I've been there done that. It isn't compatible with the Ique. I've been using Webpro 1 without a problem. Not sure where I got it. Someone posted on this forum a link to a Tungsten W upgrade that included a free version of this older -- but more stable version of the browser.

No I'm not using Enfora. Simply dialing in via my Samsung cell phone. Don't think it'll matter whether you use Web Pro via dialup or WIFI. The Browser works with the Garmin and that's what is important.

As for speed... I'm pleasantly suprised with my dialup. Go to PDAPortal.com for websites tailored for handhelds. Makes the download much faster.

Enfora is pretty good. I solved the connection timeout problem by deselecting auto-off in the settings. Have a broadband cable connection and wireless network throughout the house. The wireless reception is as good with Enfora, as it is with a top end laptop. Speed a little slower due to the limits of the palm universal connector, but still pretty fast.

My remaining problem is to find a good browser. I really want one which will optionally work in full screen, operate in landscape or portrait mode, good compatability with most web sites etc. Did not find that yet.

Just to update. Webpro 3.5 is working with the iQue. Not full screen....but it works.
