How to create your own theme or change wallpaper?

Does anyone know how to create your own theme or change the wallpaper? I think I got some really cool pictures to put up as wallpaper on my Pocket PC (h1945)...

i have tried using your links for changing my themes...for some reason it is not working on my ipaq 1945. please help if you can.

Well, I have an H1945 and tried out at least 2 of the links above, and they both worked (Funny Snakes & PowerToys).

Funny Snakes gets installed on your PDA & does all of the editing on the PDA.

Power Toys is installed on the desktop PC and does all of the editing on the PC. After editing, you can sync it to the PDA...but when I tried that, I could not sync it to my h1945 because it says it is not a Pocket PC 2002 device. Since it is saved in the My PDA Device Themes in the My Documents folder on the PC, I transfered it manually to the PDA (to the PDA's Windows folder).

I personally like comic book pictures (its great art). Here is the one I made w/Power Toys:

The thing is that Funny Snakes allows you to do (that MS Power Toys doesn't) is that you can get a whole image onto the background by stretching it. I got this whole image in this screenshot here:
** what sucks about Funny Snakes is that you can not edit the Start Menu (and you get stuck w/a Funny Snakes logo bitmap for the Start Menu)

Oh yea... that is the freeware screen grabber application. I don't remember where I got it from though (but if you want it, you could probably find it through a search engine)
