I just bought a 5mx off ebay, it came with no manual, CD, or docking cable. I have found a docking cable for a series 5 on ebay butI need to know if it will work with my series 5mx. Can anyone help?

Assuming that you mean the cable that connects the RS232 connector on the 5mx to the serial port on your PC, then yes, the S5 cable will be the same.
