According to handspring when you start on the dial pad screen, hit the down button, look up a contact, hit the center button to call the contact, and then hang up the defalt is back to the contact. This is great in case you want to call the contact on one of their alternate numbers.
Problem - When I down load Business Connection Personal edition to my Treo and go through the same sequence the Treo now defalts to the Dial Pad screen. This is a pain and not hwo ti should work.
Any one have a fix to the Sprint BC Personal Edition issue? Sprint is in the dark and claims the Treo should default to the dial pad but Handspring said no way...the BC application is corrupting something.
If no fix from sprint I'm told snapper mail works fine and doesn't default to the dial pad.
Has any one used snapper mail?
