currently use a blackberry as i am a heavy corp email user (bloombergs are also forwarded to my blackberry). anyhow, recently purchased a Treo 600 thru Sprint, very much liked the product except that you cannot see subfolders of your Inbox. if i cannot see the subfolder/subfolders, it's virtually useless to me (the phone must have a qwerty keyboard, why i chose the Treo 600).
does anyone know of software that allows you to see an Inbox of a subfolder? if there is a "simple" work-around, i'll entertain those comments as well. there must be a way, i can't believe there is not a way to do this.
thanks in advance

have tried numerous forums, no replies to the subject, not one. definately highlights one of the greatest deficiencies in the product.

Another user posted this workaround. If you remember to logout of Outlook, it works for snappermail...
"I have tried out SnapperMail and it works fine if my office Outlook is closed so that incoming mail that would have been rerouted to a subfolder is still on the server. This way, SnapperMail can get the message that is left on my server until I open Outlook at the office and download them."
Haven't seen any more elegant solutions. However, I do have complete access to subfolders through Groupwise, but it is painfully slow. Must use webaccess & have Java installed.
Good Luck.

thanks a ton for the response. i appreciate the suggestion, however, i'm not for using the workaround. needs to be clean and seamless, no logging off of outlook and the like. i can't believe that there are not any software solutions for such a simple matter.

I had the same problem. I have Business Connection with Sprint to connect to my Outlook. I found out from them that you CANNOT see subfolders. I use BC to access my Outlook if it is left open. If my Outlook is closed I use SnapperMail to see the ISP mail server.
Since I can't see my sub folders, I had to colapse my subfolders back into my Inbox. Now at least, I can see all my incoming mail with one app if my Outlook is open and with another if Outlook is closed (since it has to be closed for my pst file to be backed up with my server's backup program).
