New Ipaq in Box + extras

I have a new iPaq h3835 in box - it has never been opened - upc has not been cut (bought for $599), with a 3 year circuit city warranty ($114), a compactflash expansion pack ($40), and a 32 mb multimedia card ($40)(For sd slot). Retails around $793. I am asking $575 for the package. Anyone interested? Is this a fair price :confused: ? Email me for more information or to request any pictures. Thank you.
