re-syncronizing after upgrade

PLEASE HELP ME???

I upgraded to the most recept cassiopeia e-200 files. In the process I had to do a hard reset. The content of all my files was lost, but that shouldn't have mattered, I thought, since I could quickly recopy them when I syncronized with my PC on completion of the upgrade. Unfortunately, when I try to connect to my PC outlook, the connection wizard comes on and won't allow me to connect to my old contract POCKET PC2 where all of my files are. It forces me to connect as a guest. What can I do to syncronize with my pc and get my Cassiopiea back on line?

It is really very simple.

Start ActiveSynch WITHOUT the device in the cradle.

Click File - Delete Partnership

Select Yes

You will be offered the option of deleting the synch folder & files.

DO NOT DELETE THE FOLDER !!!!!!

Partnership will be deleted but all your synch informtion & files will be intact.

Attach device, once detected create the partnership with the original name. All your data will be restored.
