Digitizer Problems - How to fix?

Something is wrong with my M505. It doesn't recogize what I'm trying to tap with the stylus. I cannot access the startup app to reset the digitizer. I tried a reset a couple times but that doesn't help either. Any help would be appreciated.

Hard Reset didn't do it?:

From home, go to "all" menu and pick "Prefs". In this one, using the rolling menu (right up side), you would get the digitizer.

I tried a hard reset but that doesn't correct the problem. The Palm appears to be confused about what I am tapping with the stylus. Does this mean my Palm is now dead?

Could just be a loose cable. Contact Chris Short at ips@chartermi.net for repair advice. His repairs are fast and at reasonable cost.
