Launch an application automatically.........

Does anyone know of an application that will run / launch an application immediately after hot sync?

Better yet, a program that will run a specific application right before you sync and then again immediately following a hot sync????

I know there is something that does EXACTLY what you are looking for. I am looking for it right now, but can't seem to find it *frustration*. I'll post if I find it.

I did see something called "HotSunc" but it:

1) Costs $20 something dollars .............
2) Only runs the application AFTER syncing...........

There's GOT to be a freebie out there somewhere.
