transfer locations from map to cetus gps?

Is there an easy way to get locations from the map into the cetus gps program? All I can come up with is to write down the lat/long on paper and re-enter into cetus (unless you happen to be at the location you want to enter).

I am going to attempt to find a point by triangulation on the map, then I would like to get the location I point to on the map into cetus. Is there no standard copy/paste of lat long coords between apps?
