Greetings,
I have been trying to figure out Remapper. I read the the HELP. I still can't figure it out. All I want to do is have some of the silk screen keys open other applications. For example, when I tap on JOTTER I want Q'notes to open.
Can anyone walk me through the process?
Thanks,
Barry

I should be able to help you, Barry. I've been using Remapper for awhile - all of my keys are mapped except for Agenda. Try this:
1. Start Remapper (so you see the small window on the bottom of the screen).
2. Go to the "Edit" menu item "Add New Key". It will ask you to choose a button, so click Jotter for your example.
3. Click the "Edit" button on the "Reassign key" window that appears
4. Click the new "Edit" button that appears
5. Choose the application you want to open in the top dropdown box - Q'Notes?
The bottom dropdown box should show "Rotate Open Apps".
6. Press "Application" button
7. Look for "Otherwise" field, and choose either "Run App" if the application doesn't need to open a specific file, otherwise choose "Open specified file" and then click "Done". If you chose the file option, it will ask you to choose a file and click "Load".
8. You should see a window that says something like "Tap: Run Q'Notes" - click "Done".
It also has the capability to assign more than one function to each silkscreen key. For example, I have my Jotter key set to open a specific Jotter file when I tap it, and to open a specific spreadsheet when I tap-and-hold the key. Let me know if you need to set up this type of functionality.
Let me know if this doesn't work for you!
