after successfully removing the programs from my pc how do I remove the icon from the programs menu?

do I need to remove the program from my desktop pc/ my doc folder too? I figure I do or else everytime I sync up the program will reload am I right?

Are you talking about the tabs in "Home"? Tab and hold stylus on the icon until the menu appears. Choose "drop". (I can't understand why they couldn't have named it "delete"...)

I have a similar same problem with a removed program. I can get the program off of the start menu by going to settings>personal>menus and unchecking the box, but how to I get the entry off of that list all together?
