web based e-mail attachments

I have a 3955 with a seirra aircard. I can access and read hotmail. But I cannot open attachments. I need the ability to open .pdf and .doc. I have pocket word and pocked adobe reader. Any help?

When you say that you can not access them do you mean you get an error, or nothing happens, or what?

The e-mail shows that it has an attachment (the name ant type are shown) but it is not highlighted (so that I can can click on it).
It seems that the ipaq is not down loading it. No error message appears.

I think taht the hotmail web page uses Web Code not supported by Pocket IE. Like i know some java-script buttons don't work.
