While traveling last evening with Q I saw that the 'Arrival Time' is shown as AM/PM but not as 24H :(
Is there a way to change that....

No, there's not, and some manager at Garmin decided that it would take too much programming resources to get that into Release 3. So we have to wait for yet another release, before the iQue knows the time properly.
The sensible thing would of course be to adhere to the time format setting you do on the Palm anyway, but it neither does that, nor is there any ability to set it separately.
