Synching Vx calendar with calendar in Outlook

Ok yes I am new to the Vx range but - I want to know how I can synch my Palm with my outlook so that my coworkers can see when I am out of the office or busy. If anyone knows how please give me the heads up in easy step by step instructions.

Go to www.chapura.com and purchase the program Pocket Mirror standard edition and you will be able to sync seamlessly with outlook. This program was included free with most recent palms so check the CD first to be sure that you don't have a free copy already
