I have recently moved up to a Psion 5 and then quickly on to a 5MX, so I am selling off all my older Psion kit. Here's the first item I am selling.
For Sale: 1 x Psion 3A 2MB 'special' model.
This rare Psion 3A has 2MB of memory, and is in the executive brown 'wood grain' finish. It is in excellent, fully working, condition, and still creaks slightly when opened. The only slight flaw is that the marking on the 'Psion' button on the keyboard is very worn through years of use, but the button works perfectly. I will also include the original Psion 3A User Guide.
This Psion 3A comes with a range of accessories ...
- Psion 3A 3Link 'soap on a rope', to connect to a PC, complete with the 3 original PsiWin (v1.0) 3.5" floppy disks.
- Tula 'Psion' leather case, in green and brown with the Psion logo on it. It has room for a Psion 3 series, 3 SSDs, and a few papers.
- Original Psion power-supply/mains adapter suitable for the Psion 3series.
- Parallel printer interface suitable for the Psion 3A.
- Two SSDs - a 512K Flash and a 128K RAM.
This has been used on my desk for a few years, and drew many admiring glances from visitors, more than those who see my 5MX. The device and all its accessories are now looking for a new home.
