Renaming Pictures and Files

I currently have a Sony Clie PEG-UX50, I have yet to find a way (if there is one) to rename the pictures I have taken from the default filename assigned to it by the OS. I use it to take pictures of products at tradeshows and would like to be able to rename the picture to the item number of the product to minimize confusion as to which product is which. If the UX50 is incapable of doing this I would love to hear some suggestions as to which PDA/Camera is capable of renaming pictures and files. Thanks for any help.

I have the UX40 and to rename the pictures I go to CLIE files
find the folder with the pics in it
select the pic I want to rename and
click the tools menu and select rename.
Kinda of complicated but it works.
