I did it twice!!

I have an IPAQ 1930 with a 256Mb SD card, i'm usning Active sync
thru an USB port of my pc.

I opened a DOS text file with Mobipocket reader in my PC and then clicked in Send to PDA. From that moment the File Explorer in the IPAQ stopped working. All seems ok viewed from the PC.

The first time I solved it by doing a hard reset. I know the obvious solution is "don't do it a third time", but...

What's the problem?. I'm doing something wrong? Can i solve the problem without doing a new hard reset?

Instead of using Mobipocket reader, you can copy them using desktop file explorer.
Connect the ipaq to the desktop, make sure activesync starts, open file explorer on the desktop, browse to Mobile Device folder (Storage Card folder under it is the sd card) then just copy and paste your files to it normally like you would any files on the desktop.

You can also use sd card reader that plug into desktop's usb port and copy files to the card via desktop file explorer without using activesync.

Thanks, Dude!
I'm planning to buy a SD card reader, I will use it from now..

What's wrong with Mobipocket transfers?

and

How can I clean the mess without a hard reset and reinstalling all again?

I don't know what's wrong with Mobipocket transfer, you may want to contact the software developer and let them know.

Have you tried soft reset instead of hard reset?
