Treo 90 contacts

I want to get a 16MB palm device, preferably with a keyboard(?), and was about to get the Treo 90, but when I played with it in the store I noticed the "Contacts" program had 2 major differences from Palm's "Address". In the list view, the phone numbers were on a separate line from the names, and in the Options, the "List By" options were Last Name or First Name--you couldn't list by company. The first appears to be a small nuisance, the second seems ridiculous. Is there any way to fix this?

For that matter, will my "Address" database from Palm 3.5 sync to
"Contacts" in the Treo?
