IQue and SD cards

I am looking to set up a new IQue, and am looking for a good deal on both the IQue and on 256MB SD Panasonic or Toshiba type memory cards.

Does anyone have any websites that they would recommend for these products?

I got my iQue for $425 from here:

A Sandisk UltraII 256MB card is $59 from them. My Sandisk UltraII SD card benchmarks better than my Lexmark (Panasonic) SD card FWIW. In real-world apps like auto-routing it's also better.

I got my iQue + Auto kit for $462, plus a gift certificate I had floating in the account for years, which brought it down to about $440. Then Amazon screwed up and gave me two day shipping for $9.00 instead of around $13.50.

I got a Sandisk Ultra II 512mb for $140 on eBay..

Dont know the performance yet, the damn three hour initial charge still has an hour left :(

If you can afford it, go with a bigger SD. It fills up fast with just maps. If you add anything else....well you get the idea. Wish I could afford a 1Gb.
