I have problem. I just downloaded the Palm Desktop 4.1.4(I think its that version if I am not wrong.). I tried to install without uninstalling the previous version. I was thinking that the new version would overwrite the previous one. However, instead of turning it to a new version of Palm Desktop, everytime I open it, messages will keep poping out.
It says that it has error opening the database of all the applications such as memo contacts and so on. However, when I browse through the contacts and so on it has all the data I have in my pda. Is there anyway I can solve this problem. I have tried uninstalling the previous version and installing the newer version. But it still keep coming out the same error message.
The other thing is I tried Quick intall the Back Up Plus that I downloaded from the Palm website. I installed the Back Up Plus.prc, the Back Up PlusenUS.prc and the Back Up plus Update.
When I tried backing up in my pda, it says I have configuration error. I am not sure what it means. Why does this happen and how do I solve it?
