How 3970 differ from 3975?

I am in a process of selecting Pocket PC Device for myself. After searching the net my search narrowed down to iPaq 3970. I also found iPaq 3975.

Going through the specs for both models, I could not find any differences. But the price does.

The same applies for 3950 and 3955.

Anybody knows what are the differences between both Models?

Does the extra money worth going to 3975?

xxx0 models are purchased thru Compaq Small Business Store (i.e., directly from the manufacturer); the xxx5 models are sold thru retailers (Best Buy, CompUSA, etc.).
