Missing 3950 Installation Disk (help!)

I recently got an ipaq 3950 (used) and it does not have the installation disk with it. Does anyone know where I could download the software or purchase another disk? Thank you for your time.

All you need to connect your ipaq to the desktop is Activesync, you can download the latest version from Microsoft;
