Gilsson antenna and window tint?

Any issues with placing my Gilsson antenna at the top of my car windshield, where the blue tint is? I'm hoping to make it invisible from the outside of the car, but I don't want to reduce its functionality.

None for me. I also have the metal plate with suction cups, so I can put it just about anywhere. Sometimes I will stick it to the sunroof ;)

Unless you have a metallized windscreen you shouldn't have a problem.
You could even paint your Gilsson antenna, as long as the paint does not contain metal.
