Greetings;

What PDA are you using? I have an iPAQ 3635 running PPC2002 and use the reminder and tasks program that come with the unit to do what you are asking. You might already have what you need but just need some direction to use it.

Here is a link to a site that has some of the software your looking for.

Please let me know what PDA you're running.

Greetings;

It's always a good idea to post the PDA your using along with the OS your running, it saves time. Ok here we go, to set a reminder in the calendar you need to open the program by either pressing the far right button that has a calendar on it, going to start>programs and clicking on the calendar program or if you have it on your Today screen click on it. Once there, it should default and show you the current day, all you need to do is click on the word new in the lower bottom left of the screen. A new window will come up and you will need to input a subject, change the start time/date to your desired. You can also have it set for a reoccuring reminder and set a category and even enter notes for that cetain reminder. As for the tasks you access the program the same way, click on the new word and the screen looks simular to the calendar, but you can set priorities and status of the tasks.
Give it a try and let me know. You can also set both tasks and reminders using the Outlook on your desktop and they will sync to your PDA if it set to do so.
