About the h1945

Hi. I have two questions about the h1945:

1) What is the difference between a h1940 an the h1945 ?

2) If I buy the h1940/45 with the OS in spanish, should I expect any problems/incompatibilities installing software in english (99% of the cases). Do the spanish machines have a "Program Files" folder, etc.

1) they are the exact same thing.
