Plz help me choose...3800,3900 or..??

Hi all you guyz!!!I 've decided to go for a used ipaq instead of a tohsiba e740..I am between the following choices and i would really appreciate any help!!What would you choose and why???
1) H3870+Wireless SD+Jacket CF for £220
2)3850 + 256MB SD for £170
3) 3830 + 65mb SD + CF jacket for £190
--
4) 3950 for £150
5) 3970 for £175

I would like a wireless card and a cf jacket( cf especially cause i have a coupe fo cf cards wich would be really usefull)..But from the reviews i've read it is worth buying the 3970 ...Mostly for the extra memory cause the bluetooth would not be used by me very often...In summary I like the accessories that come with the 3800 series but I get a better security feeling with the 3970...

I would choose either of the 3900, the 3900 is a much better machine than 3800, ie, faster cpu, less bugs, faster sd slot. If you don't use bluetooth then go with the 3950 and wait for the prices of the accesories to come down.

Thanx for your replies gyuz! Although i had decided to go for the 3970, i spotted a 4150 for £200 which i bought! I am a bit confused if I have made a right buy cause it doesn't have a cf slot and it can't take cf sleeves but anyway...The compact size and its wifi and bluetooth seem very impressive...Any thoughts on the 4150??

Haha.. since you never mentioned the 4155 so we never recommend to you.. Actually I think you have made an excellent choice as the 4155 has a build in WIFI that the 3970 doesn't have.. btw, I have both 3970 and the 4155.. and the only difference you will see is that the 3970 offers a bigger screen. while 4155 is small, light and easy to carry around.. :)

oh there is also another difference, 3900 series can have a optional sleeve that you can add a hosts of different stuff to it.. for example a CF sleeve let you use CF and SD at same time while 4155 can't.. but I don't find that very usefull as the 4155 has everything I need build in already.. :)
