NEC Mobilepro 880 / Wireless Networking

Can anyone recommend the best the way to set up the NEC Mobilepro 880 for wireless networking?

I already own a Netgear 802.11b Wireless PC card. Can it be used? Or must I buy a compact flash card? If so, which is the best to use with the NEC Mobilepro?
