Every time I turn off the wifi radio afater a remote activesync it will always pop up a message saying "There is no modem or network card present.." in fact when I turn off the screen, you can still see the back light lit.. I am not sure if this is a software conflict between the battery pack 2004 pro and activesync or what.. but I get that on two different units now.. so I am wonder if anyone have seen this problem or having a similar setup like me..
