language version of sw

Hello Guys! very nice forum!

I've recently bought an hp1945 with the OS (Windows Mobile 2003 ) in Italian .

Is there any easy way to change it to English?

By reinstalling from scratch the OS into the ROM? And if so how?

Check hp's web site you may be able to flas it with the english rom update or hp may be able to do this for a small price.
