Notification Error - HELP !!!

I get this error everytime I turn my iPAQ on.
"Notification Error"
"Cannot execute /CF Card/Applan Virtual Wallet/VW.exe"

I installed Virtual Wallet some time ago and decided not to keep it so I inadvertenly deleted it. (bad move, know it now)
I've gone into the Reg and done searches for this to no avail. I'm tired of seeing it each time I turn it on. Is there someone out there that can enlighten me with this problem.
(I have reinstalled it the same way and did an uninstall properly but it didn't work)
Where in the world is it starting from?

Try running CheckNotifications, a freeware from Scarybear, it'll show your notification queue and you can delete that from happening on startup.

also, for future refrence. check the windows/startup folder to see if there is a short cut to the program listed there.
