I don't even know if a cf "AM" radio card exists. But if you want to record from AM radio, get a tiny am/fm radio which is barely bigger than cf card and with proper adapter

you can plug the radio out to ipaq in and still listen to it on a headphone and use any recording software (ie, NoteM) you like on the ipaq.
