Used Palm 505

Got a chance to buy a used Palm 505 from a fellow worker and have couple of questions.

Is $150.00 a fair price for a used 505 in good condition?

Are there any upgrades or fixes I should look into for this?

Any must have suggested programs to make this work better?

New in the original box units are selling from $203 to $245. Of course there is shipping and in some states taxes to be considered.
$150 is as you say a FAIR price.
As to applications there was a long thread created by that question only a few weeks ago. I'll try to find it.

Palm has, of course, discontinued the 505. I bought mine brand new for $200 and it came with Docs to Go as well as some other software. It also has the one year warrenty. I would go new.
