I bought the USB/video adapter for my e740. This is a great item.
I recommend two keyboards. Bought them both and each has advantages.
The foldable USB membrane keyboard from USB Cable was $29.95 plus shipping. You can roll it up, fold it, stuff it into a suitcase. It is totally unbreakable. It would drive a touch typist mad as it has no tactile feedback.
The USB Mini-keyboard from New Egg is very small with no number pad but types like a dream. I would say the key spacing is about 75% of normal. Touch typing as long as you don't have huge hands is pretty nice.
Both keyboard just plugged into the USB port and worked out of the box. Sweet.
Now I am waiting for my LCD glasses to arrive.
