HOPE SOMEBODY CAN HELP ME OUT


I have recently been having some problems loading Nevo on my Ipaq 2210.
Previously I had been using the software without problems and now I am unable to use it as whenever I click on the icon on start menu it does nothing.

I have performed a hard reset and the problem remains. I have managed to locate the nevo exe file in windows and when selected that too does nothing.

I feel that software I have previously installed could have had an effect on this software.

I have tried getting some support from the nevo website but not able to register as cant locate device id as software wont load......

How can I over come this problem. Any ideaas warmly appreciated.

Is there any way I could get the software back to default values or do you think I need to speak to HP?:confused:

Please try the following:

If Nevo does not start when you hit the icon:

1. Under PROGRAMS in the iPAQ's START menu, open FILE EXPLORER.

2. GO to My Device/iPAQ File Store/Compaq/Nevo/User Data

3. 'CUT" all of the files in USER DATA, and PASTE them in a 'My Device/My

Documents/NEVO' folder

4. Do a 'Soft Reset' on your iPAQ. (With iPAQ turned ON and all programs closed - use stylus to

push the little black button on the bottom of your iPAQ).

5. When the iPAQ starts back up, the NEVO software should run properly.

Thanks so much for this...havin done that I am now back to usual and can now utilise Nevo Again
