I'm about to upgrade from a 3630 to a 3970. I have a CF sleeve and a 512Mb MicroDrive - will these work with the 3970, or what should I do to retain the use of the MicroDrive - will I need a new sleeve?

Yes, they will work with the new ipaq.

I'm buying a replacement and giving the 3630 to a relative.

Sorry, these things aren't upgradable like that (I wish!) :D

thought so too.. but on the safe side i just needed to ask.. i too have a 3630.. i just thought (wildly) you just bought a chip for upgrade.. LOL...
