I have seen posts on this board mentioning to download the "Microsoft High Encryption Pack" to make Pocket IE work like Desktop IE (after changing the registery to IE 5.5). Following was the referred link:

However, on the MS web site, it clearly says the following:
"This is for Pocket PC 2000 only. It is not intended for Pocket PC 2002 software."
So where can I download load the "Microsoft High Encryption Pack" for Pocket PC 2002? Or is it really needed? BTW, I am using Tochiba e740.
