Prob. w/reminders working

Does anyone know a way around this prob? I set a reminder/alarm from the today screen and 98% of the time it works. Naturaly when it doesnt it is a big prob. When this happens no alarm goes off but as soon as I power up the Ipaq the reminder is displayed as if nothing was wrong. I am on a Ipaq 3835 w the most recent rom. thx

I have the same problem! And that 2% can potentially be devasting......I have been using the reminder for events/appointments and have had this problem. I am going to start using the Alarm of the Clock function and see if this makes a difference....Let me know if you figure anything out.

The clock alarm does it too!! You are right it can be a lot of trouble. I now use a clock radio to wake me up and for mid day alarms I just try to check my ppc every couple hrs for upcoming alarms. I don't know if it works yet but I suspect that if all of our programs are closed using itask maybe this will help the alarm to turn on. Having a bunch of open programs does take a toll on the system, I just am not sure how much of a toll it is. Keep me posted.

I actually have an e740, so looks like it is a problem with the PocketPC OS. I just got a ROM update too, and I still ran into the problem. Looks like it is a major bug, I am surprised that no one else has mentioned this problem. I searched the web for a while trying to find other people with the same problem, I found nothing and finally ran into your post. In any case, I doubt that Microsoft even knows about this bug. Bad news for us.....
