Hey Vantage, one more thing, My wife is looking for Microsoft Word, for some reason we don't have it on our home pc, can you suggest a good download??????

Microsoft word on the desktop PC is not a downloadable software. It is part of Microsoft Office Suite which you have to purchase.
You could however download & install OpenOffice (Free) to handle the Word files.

You could download pcs2001.exe from www.software602.com.
It is a good & FREE office suite which handles excel & word (.doc) files in native format.
