hot syncing with Outlook

I AM USING THE STANDARD HOT SYNCING SOFTWARE THAT CAME WITH MY IQUE, TO SYNC WITH OUTLOOK 2003 WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL. ALL THE FIELDS DO NOT LINK WELL BECAUSE OUTLOOK HAS MANY MORE PHONE FIELDS THAN THE STANDARD PALM OPTIONS. IS THERE ANY WAY TO FIX THIS PROBLEM?

Outlook sync has been my biggest gripe with Palm devices since they came out. There is no free solution that I know of, but take a look at http://www.chapura.com/pm_ks_compare.php and decide what level of synchonization you need.

BTW, are you using Chapura Pocket Mirror or IntelliSync? Garmin switched at some point. If you don't have Pocket Mirror you can get it from Garmin's site https://www.garmin.com/registration/pmreg.jsp

I am having the same issues as you do, and want the complete contact information in my iQue. I have been using KeySuite (follow gpg's link) since last September when I bought the iQue and it syncs and works absolutely flawlessly. I admit, it cost some, but for me it has been well worth the money. Note though that it steals approximately 1 Megabyte of memory, if you install all the pieces (Today Screen, Datebook, ToDo List, Contacts). There is also a notes application included that I am not using though.
