Outlook Sync - too Slow - failed - recurring meetings repeating

My Palm was working fine and recently started duplicating recurring meetings in my outlook calendar, then was not updating my Palm from outlook ( or visa versa) All other syncs appear to be working fine. My log says something like " Date book or Calendar sync failed - too slow".

Any ideas?

I would encourage you to visit the chapura.com site, download the Standard Pocket Mirror Update. Even thought it is called an update it is the full version. Install the new version of Pocket Mirror and run your HotSync again.
It may take two hotsyncs to get back on track.

I tried downloading the update and ran this several times - still having the same problem. I have attached the log from the Sync.
