I recently won a Garmin iQue 3600 with vehicle navigation kit. I played around with it for a whole 3-4 days and decided that I prefer my Tungsten 2. I have posted a ton of pictures and information on this unit, priced to sell!!
I have all the original packaging and contents along with the vehicle mount/speaker/12v power source and the friction mounting pad for the vehicle mount.
Please take a moment to surf over and check it out, drop me an email via that link if you are interested in it!

You might need to lower the price a bit. In the US it is easy to find the iQue plus auto kit for under US$ 500.

Also the unit won't be under warrenty which unfortantely for the iQue is a BIG disadvantage.

If you read through the info page, you will see I was listing both USD and CDN prices. Both are accurate based on eBay items sold (within the last 48 hours) and from Canadian sources online.

Why would that be the case?

It should be fine, when I 'played' with it, I did not register anything. Besides, when you register online, where do you submit proof of purchase (read: reciept??)? You would just list the date of purchase as say today...

From Garmin's website:
To obtain warranty service, an original or copy of the sales receipt from the original retailer is required. Online auction confirmations are not accepted for warranty verification, and Garmin will not replace missing components from any package purchased through an online auction.

Thats interesting.
We use quite a bit of electronic equipment these days and generally all the suppliers want is the barcode number and they work their guarantee/warranty off that.
They couldnt care less what your invoice says.

I know it says that on the website, but I haven't heard of anyone actually having to provide it. I know I never did. They just took my serial number and went with it.

When I RMA'd my Ique (US Unit) to Garmin UK, I did have to supply a copy of my invoice to them. They requested it when I called to discuss the technical problems I was facing.

I've never had to provide my receipt either. The first time I RMA'ed, they did ask where I bought it though. All the times after that the unit had come from them, so they didn't ask. However, it hasn't been a year yet since it was released, so they are all under warrenty, but come August that will change. Because the chances are good that you will have to RMA your unit within a year, I would not buy one unless I was sure it was going to be covered unless I got an outstanding deal on it, which this isn't.

Strange. I don't recall being asked for any information except the serial number when I RMAed it. I guess if you buy on ebay and someone asks for a reciept or where you bought it, hang up and try your call again. :P

I guess the auction is over. Did I win? Where do I send my 50 bucks and 2 of the things I smoke? This is great!
I got mine with the car beanbag for $300 from a local guy. He said he couldn't figure it out.
I haven't needed to RMA it yet, but can't you say it was a gift?

I thought Wilma was a blond. That looks more like Betty. Hope Barney doesn't find out.

Wilma is a redhead. Maybe Betty is on Fred's lap because this is her forum after all.

Is $50 still the top offer? I'll beat that.
Oh, wait a minute, was that $50 USD or Canadian? I'll beat $50 Canadian, but not $50 USD.
