Used Palm Vx

I acquired a Palm Vx OS 3.5.0 from another person at work. It has valuable information in the contact section but I have not been able to synch it with Oulook due to differnet usernames. I was curious if I should do a hard reset and start from scratch or it there is a way to save the contact information and add mine?

I am a first time Palm user just learning...

Change Name is a great tool.

YOu could also add the "new users name" (obtained from the hotsync app on the Palm) to the Palm Desktop on the PC and then when you sync use that name and have a seperate user file created for this information on the Palm Vx.
